Investment tools for wealthy clients
and their personal managers
Sberbank
Designed investment tools for relationship managers serving premium banking clients across web and tablet interfaces
The solution helped managers explain portfolio recommendations, compare investment options, and continue working with clients remotely. It also made consultations faster and allowed managers to support more clients during the day.
I delivered:
  • Investment dashboards and portfolio comparison tools
  • Clear presentation of portfolio data, risk levels, and recommendations
  • Remote follow-up flows for relationship managers and premium clients
  • Usability testing with relationship managers at different design stages

Previously, users had to switch between different pages to compare their current and target portfolios. This made the comparison less convenient and caused confusion about why two different portfolios were shown.
Now, the current and target portfolio information is shown on a single page. Instead of displaying two separate portfolios, the interface uses one portfolio with a clear target section.

This section shows simple and useful insights, such as which asset classes are missing or overrepresented. Relationship managers can use this visual information to explain why a client may need to buy or sell certain investment products.

Problem:
In the previous design, investment data was fragmented and difficult for managers to present and clients to understand.
I worked through several iterations to simplify how portfolio information is shown and discussed.

Each round focused on helping managers explain portfolios more clearly and enabling clients to grasp performance faster.
The result is a cleaner structure, stronger hierarchy, and a smoother decision-making flow.

How I Redesigned
the Portfolio and Why
Case 1
What I designed:
A redesigned portfolio view where clients can see both current and target portfolios with key metrics.
The target portfolio is now built collaboratively during meetings using the platform — improving transparency and client engagement.

Problem:
The old version forced managers to switch between multiple tabs to compare portfolios, which made discussions with clients slow and confusing.
I aimed to create a unified comparison view that allows quick insights without context switching.

The goal was to help both sides — managers and clients — focus on performance, not navigation

the Portfolio and Why
Case 2
What I designed:
A single-screen comparison interface where both current and target portfolios are displayed side by side with clear visual cues.
Managers can instantly highlight differences in structure and returns,
making meetings faster and decisions more confident
