A mobile flow that helps premium clients understand portfolio changes recommended by their personal manager
Portfolio Review Proposal
About product
Premium clients discuss portfolio changes with their personal manager during a meeting. After the meeting, the manager sends a recommendation in the bank app. The client may open it later, without the manager nearby, so the flow needs to explain the recommendation clearly on its own.
The problem
The previous version worked mostly as a list of products to buy. It did not explain why these products were recommended, how the portfolio would change, or why the new structure was better for the client.

How I Redesigned
the Portfolio and Why
Case 1
What I designed:
A redesigned portfolio view where clients can see both current and target portfolios with key metrics.
The target portfolio is now built collaboratively during meetings using the platform — improving transparency and client engagement.
Key metrics such as diversification, liquidity, returns, and risk rating show why the new portfolio is healthier
Explain what changed
Asset allocation helps the client understand what the portfolio will look like after accepting the recommendation.
Show the future portfolio structure

Show the future portfolio structure
The purchase list shows exactly which products to buy, including amounts and number of shares.
Make the final action transparent
Result
The redesigned flow turned a simple purchase list into a self-explanatory investment proposal. It helped preserve the manager’s explanation after the meeting and supported the business goal of moving premium service toward a more remote format.
